At Gentworks, we don't supply our Stainless steel drinking fountains aimed at schools with two dispenser types due to reports of accidents. Users who lean over to use the bubbler may hit their heads on the swan-neck bottle filler nearby. Although some incidents may have been caused by rowdy behaviour, we prioritise customer safety and prefer caution.
The swan neck bottle filling spout is fixed, but it can be unwound if forced. We have some customers who use Loctite Retainer (NSF P1 listed) to bond it securely in place.
The fountains come with a waste outlet (plug hole), but you will need to separately acquire a 32mm shallow trap. You can easily find these traps at places like Screwfix or Toolstation, and your installer may also have them.
